Gawker - Run For Your Lives! The Dreaded Elephandas are Loose! - Thailand
Apparently, after the birth of two very popular pandas in a Thai zoo, employees got sick of everyone saying panda this and panda that. So they painted a bunch of elephants to look like pandas to remind everyone that the elephant was still that national animal of Thailand.
