Seven foods that both satiate hunger and satisfy on a deeper level

1. bananas: mushy slop in its own built-in, disposable carrying case

2. rice cakes (soft): gooey, chewy mouthfeel; see also: thick oatmeal, a mouthful of potato, peanut butter

3. penne: fitting one onto each tine of your fork (similar feeling to capping your fingers with Bugles)

4. freshly filled cream puffs: watching the insides get piped in, and then promptly squeezing it all out
